How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Only qualified persons should work on high-voltage circuits. Turn off main power before opening panels.
- Check GFCI: Locate the spa's GFCI breaker and press RESET. If it trips immediately, there may be a short.
- Verify house breaker: Ensure the main spa breaker in the service panel is ON.
- Inspect control fuses: With power off, open the control box and check for blown fuses. Replace only with identical rated fuses.
- Check wiring: Confirm that line and neutral wires are correctly landed on the control box terminal block per Jacuzzi wiring diagram.
If power is present at the control box but the spa remains dead, the control board likely needs replacement.
