One or more jets do not work at all while others are strong.

Safety: Do not insert tools into jets while the pump is running.

• Check jet position: Rotate the jet face clockwise/counterclockwise to ensure it is in the open position.
• Remove jet insert: Turn the jet insert counterclockwise to remove. Inspect for debris or broken parts.
• Flush line: With the insert removed, briefly run the pump to flush debris from the line (keep face away from opening).
• Replace damaged jets: Install new Jacuzzi-compatible jet inserts if the originals are cracked or worn.

If multiple jets on the same line are dead, the branch plumbing may be blocked or kinked and may require cabinet access.
