Topside control panel buttons are unresponsive or only some buttons work intermittently.

Safety: Turn off power before disconnecting the topside panel.

• Inspect panel: Check for cracks, cloudiness, or water under the display window.
• Dry surface: Wipe the panel and surrounding shell dry. Do not use solvents.
• Reseat cable: Open the control box and reseat the ribbon cable from the topside panel.
• Test operation: Restore power and test each button.

If issues persist, replace the topside control panel with a Jacuzzi-compatible unit. If a new panel does not resolve the issue, the control board may be at fault.
