Possible Causes

Incorrect dip switch settings on control board, Control pack replaced and not configured, User accidentally entered programming mode

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power before adjusting any dip switches or jumpers.

  • Consult wiring diagram: Inside the control box cover, locate the LA Spas configuration chart. Verify that dip switches and jumpers match your spa's equipment (number of pumps, voltage, etc.).
  • Exit programming mode: If the topside is in a setup menu, follow the manual to exit and return to normal operation.
  • Power cycle: After correcting settings, turn power off for 30 seconds and back on to reload configuration.

If CODE persists, the control board firmware may be incompatible with your topside and should be evaluated by a spa technician.
