Display shows LOC or LOCK, buttons do not respond to presses.

Safety: No electrical work is required for this procedure.

• Unlock the panel: On most LA Spas topsides, press and hold the Temperature Up and Temperature Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds until LOC clears. Refer to your specific model's manual if this does not work.
• Check for stuck buttons: If LOC will not clear, inspect the keypad for stuck or damaged buttons. Gently press around the edges to free them.
• Power cycle: Turn power off for 30 seconds and back on. If the panel remains locked and unresponsive, the topside control may be defective.
