Some buttons on the topside control work, but others do not respond or activate the wrong function.

Safety: Turn off power before removing the topside panel.

• Inspect for moisture: Remove the topside from the shell and check for water intrusion or condensation inside the keypad housing.
• Dry and reseal: If minor moisture is present, dry thoroughly and reseal the gasket to the shell with spa‑rated silicone.
• Replace topside: If specific buttons remain non‑functional, replace the topside control with the correct LA Spas model.
