Possible Causes

Tripped GFCI breaker, Tripped house breaker, Loose or disconnected main power wires at spa pack, Failed main fuse on control board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Working on live electrical circuits is hazardous. If you are not qualified, contact an electrician or spa technician.

  • Check breakers: Locate the spa's GFCI breaker and main breaker. Reset them fully by switching OFF then ON. If they trip immediately, do not keep resetting.
  • Inspect disconnect: If your spa has an outdoor disconnect, open it and verify that the handle is in the ON position.
  • Check main fuses: With power off, remove the control pack cover and locate any cartridge or glass fuses. Test with a multimeter and replace any blown fuses with the exact same rating.
  • Verify wiring: Confirm that the incoming power wires are firmly attached to the control pack lugs and show no signs of burning.

If power is present at the pack but the system remains dead, the control board may be failed and should be replaced by a professional.
