Possible Causes

Tripped GFCI breaker, Blown fuse on control board, Failed topside control panel, Loose low-voltage connection between panel and control pack

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Before opening the control pack, turn off power at the GFCI breaker.

  • Check power source: Verify that the GFCI breaker feeding the Lifesmart spa is not tripped. Reset if necessary.
  • Inspect control fuses: Remove the control pack cover and locate any low-voltage or logic fuses. Replace blown fuses with the same rating only.
  • Check panel cable: Ensure the ribbon cable from the topside panel is firmly plugged into the control board and not damaged.
  • Test for 120/240V: Have a qualified person verify that proper line voltage is present at the control pack input terminals.
  • Replace panel or board: If power and fuses are good but the display remains blank, replace the topside control panel. If still no display, the main control board may be defective and require professional replacement.
