Ozonator Failure or No Ozone Injection
Ozone indicator is on but there is no visible ozone bubbling in the spa.

Failed ozone generator, Cracked or disconnected ozone tubing, Clogged ozone injector (Mazzei) fitting, Check valve installed backwards or stuck
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before handling ozone tubing or components.
- Inspect tubing: Follow the small ozone tube from the ozonator to the injector fitting. Check for cracks, kinks, or disconnections.
- Check check-valve orientation: Ensure the ozone check valve is installed in the correct direction (arrow pointing toward the spa water).
- Clean injector: Remove the injector fitting from the plumbing and soak in a descaling solution to clear mineral buildup.
- Replace ozonator: If tubing and injector are fine but no ozone is produced, replace the ozonator with a Lifesmart-compatible unit.
