Topside control panel buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before removing the topside panel.

• Inspect panel surface: Look for cracks, delamination, or water under the display window.
• Check cable connection: Remove the panel and inspect the ribbon cable and connector at the control pack. Clean and reseat the connector.
• Dry moisture: If moisture is present, dry the area thoroughly and seal any gaps in the panel gasket.
• Replace panel: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the topside control panel with a Lifesmart-compatible unit.
