Possible Causes
Failed LED driver on control board, Burned-out LED light harness, Loose light harness connector, Incorrect lighting mode setting
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker.
- Check light button and modes: Cycle through light modes on the topside to ensure they are not simply dimmed or in an off mode.
- Inspect connections: In the equipment bay, locate the LED light harness connector on the control board. Ensure it is firmly seated.
- Test LEDs: If accessible, disconnect the LED harness and test the lights with a low-voltage DC power supply (per manufacturer specs) to confirm whether the LEDs themselves are functional.
- Check for water intrusion: Inspect light lenses inside the spa for water behind them, which can short the LEDs.
If the LEDs test good but still do not light when connected, the LED driver circuit on the control board may be faulty and require board repair or replacement.
