Spa vibrates excessively and transmits noise into the deck or surrounding structure.

• Check mounting hardware: Verify that all pump mounting bolts are tight and that the pump is firmly attached to its base.
• Inspect isolation pads: Ensure rubber pads are present under the pump feet. Replace if they are missing or compressed.
• Relieve plumbing stress: Look for rigid PVC runs that are forcing the pump into a twisted position. Loosen unions, realign, and retighten to reduce stress.
• Add vibration isolation: If needed, add additional rubber or neoprene pads under the pump base to reduce transmitted vibration.
