Persistent foaming on water surface even after rinsing filters

Possible Causes

High levels of body oils, lotions, or detergents, Low calcium hardness, Old water, Inadequate sanitizer

Safety first: Avoid using the spa until foam and water balance are corrected.

Test and balance water: Adjust pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness to Master Spas recommended ranges.
Use foam reducer: Add a spa-approved defoamer as a temporary measure.
Shock the spa: Perform a strong shock treatment to oxidize organic contaminants.
Drain and refill: If foaming persists, drain the spa, clean the shell, replace or deep-clean filters, and refill with fresh water.
