Possible Causes
Tripped GFCI breaker, Blown internal fuse on control board, Loose main power connections, Incorrect wiring at breaker panel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Only qualified persons should work inside electrical panels. Always turn off main power before opening any electrical enclosures.
- Check GFCI breaker: Verify the spa breaker is in the ON position and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
- Test outlet (for 120V plug-in models): Plug another device into the outlet to confirm power is present.
- Inspect main connections: With power OFF, open the spa control pack and check that all incoming power wires are securely attached to the terminal block.
- Check internal fuses: Many Master Spas control boards have one or more fuses. Remove and test with a multimeter. Replace any blown fuses with the exact same type and rating.
- Control pack replacement: If power is present and fuses are good but the board remains dead, the control pack may have failed and should be replaced.
