Water feature (waterfall or fountain) not flowing or very weak

Safety first: Turn off power before removing any plumbing fittings.

• Adjust valves: Locate and fully open the waterfall or water feature control valve on the spa top or in the equipment bay.
• Check for kinks: Inspect visible hoses for kinks or collapse.
• Flush line: With power off, disconnect the water feature line at the manifold and flush with a garden hose to remove debris.
• Verify pump: If your Master Spas model has a dedicated water feature pump, ensure it runs when the feature is activated. Replace the feature pump if it fails to start.
