Possible Causes
Deteriorated jet gasket, Loose jet body locknut, Cracked jet body from freeze damage, Improper installation
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jet before repair.
- Access back of jet: Remove the cabinet panel behind the leaking jet to access the jet body and plumbing.
- Tighten locknut: Gently tighten the jet body locknut from the back side. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the shell or body.
- Replace gasket: If leaking persists, remove the jet body, clean the shell surface, and install a new jet body gasket and/or apply spa-safe silicone as specified by Master Spas.
- Replace cracked body: If the jet body is cracked, replace the entire jet body assembly.
