Possible Causes
Failed air blower motor, Water intrusion into blower housing, Loose blower connector at control pack, GFCI tripping due to blower short
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power at the GFCI breaker.
- Inspect blower housing: Locate the air blower (often mounted high in the cabinet). Check for signs of water inside or rust on the housing.
- Check wiring: Ensure the blower plug is firmly connected to the control pack and that the cord is intact.
- Drain water (if present): If water has entered the blower, it must be replaced; do not attempt to run a water-filled blower.
- Replace blower: Remove mounting screws, disconnect the air hose and electrical plug, and install a new OEM Michael Phelps/ Master Spas-compatible air blower. Reconnect hose and wiring securely.
