Display shows IC or ICE and pumps run periodically even when spa is not in use

Note: IC/ICE is a protective mode, not a typical fault.

• Keep power ON: Do not shut off power to the spa in freezing conditions. The Michael Phelps Spas control pack uses IC mode to prevent freeze damage.
• Verify cover is in place: Ensure the spa cover is properly seated to retain heat.
• Check water level: Maintain proper water level so pumps and heater can operate correctly.
• Inspect sensors if behavior seems abnormal: If IC appears in warm weather, inspect the temperature sensor wiring and connections at the control pack.
