How to Fix / Troubleshooting
- Try unlock sequence: On many Michael Phelps Spas topside controls, press and hold the Temperature Up and Temperature Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds to toggle the lock. Refer to your specific model manual for the exact sequence.
- Power reset: If the unlock sequence fails, turn OFF power at the breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power and try again.
- Inspect keypad: Check for moisture under the overlay or stuck buttons. If some buttons do not click or respond, the topside control panel may need replacement.
