Excessive vibration or rattling noise when pumps are running

Possible Causes

Loose pump mounting bolts, Pump not aligned with plumbing, Rigid plumbing stressing pump unions, Cabinet panels vibrating

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

• Inspect pump mounts: With power OFF, check that all pump mounting bolts are tight and that rubber isolation pads are in place.
• Check plumbing alignment: Ensure PVC plumbing is not forcing the pump out of alignment. Adjust supports or unions as needed.
• Secure cabinet panels: Tighten any loose screws on the cabinet panels that may be rattling.
• Add vibration isolation: If needed, add additional rubber pads under the pump feet to reduce transmitted vibration.
