How to Fix / Troubleshooting
- Locate ozonator: Find the small ozone generator box in the equipment bay with a clear or black tube leading to the plumbing.
- Check tubing: Inspect ozone tubing for kinks, cracks, or disconnections. Ensure the check valve arrow points toward the spa plumbing.
- Inspect injector: The Mazzei injector (venturi) in the plumbing can clog with scale. Remove tubing and check for blockage; clean or replace if necessary.
- Replace ozonator if failed: If tubing and injector are clear but no ozone is produced, replace the ozonator with an OEM Michael Phelps/ Master Spas-compatible unit, matching voltage and plug type.
