Failed circulation pump motor, Airlock in circulation line, Blocked filter or suction, Control pack not sending power to circ pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power at the breaker.
- Check filters and water level: Ensure filters are clean and water level is correct.
- Bleed air from circ pump: Loosen the union on the small circulation pump until air escapes and water seeps out, then retighten.
- Verify pump operation: Restore power and feel the circulation pump housing. It should vibrate slightly and feel warm when running.
- Replace circulation pump if failed: If the pump is silent and not running, shut power OFF, close slice valves, disconnect unions and wiring, and install a new OEM Michael Phelps/ Master Spas-compatible circulation pump.
