Possible Causes
Blocked air intake grille on motor unit, Kinked air hose inside base, Debris in air distribution ring, Partially collapsed air channel in tub floor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before inspecting the motor unit.
- Clear intake: Check the air intake vents on the MSPA motor unit. Remove any obstructions and clean dust buildup.
- Inspect air ring: With the spa empty, gently press along the air jet ring at the bottom to feel for collapsed sections. Straighten any kinks.
- Flush debris: Run the bubble function briefly with clean water to help flush small debris from the air jets.
- Internal hose check: If noise persists, open the motor unit and inspect the main air hose from blower to tub. Replace any kinked or crushed MSPA air hose.
