MSPA spa displays temperature but water feels much cooler or warmer than indicated, without any error code.

Safety first: Unplug the spa before adjusting sensor placement.

• Verify with thermometer: Use an external thermometer to measure actual water temperature and compare to display.
• Check sensor location: Ensure the MSPA temperature sensor is properly clamped to the heater tube or located in the correct well where water flows.
• Eliminate air pockets: Bleed air from the system by running filtration and gently rocking the spa.
• Replace sensor if needed: If readings remain consistently off by more than 2–3°C, replace the MSPA NTC temperature sensor.
