How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not sit on the spa walls while it is rocking or unstable.
- Check surface: Ensure the spa is placed on a flat, level, and firm surface. Avoid grass with soft soil or sloped patios.
- Use support mat: Install an MSPA ground mat or rigid foam boards under the spa to distribute weight evenly.
- Reposition spa: Drain the spa and reposition it to a more stable area if necessary.
- Inspect pump mounts: Open the motor unit and verify that the pump and blower are securely mounted with all rubber isolators in place. Tighten mounting screws if loose.
