• Check surface: Ensure the spa is placed on a flat, level, and firm surface. Avoid grass with soft soil or sloped patios.
• Use support mat: Install an MSPA ground mat or rigid foam boards under the spa to distribute weight evenly.
• Reposition spa: Drain the spa and reposition it to a more stable area if necessary.
