MSPA spa is leaking water from around the motor/control unit or hose connections.

Safety first: Unplug the spa before working near water and electrical components.

• Locate leak source: Dry the area and run the spa briefly to observe where water emerges. Focus on hose joints, unions, and the base of the motor unit.
• Tighten clamps: Use a screwdriver to snug hose clamps on heater and pump connections. Do not overtighten to the point of cracking plastic fittings.
• Replace seals: If water seeps from a union, disassemble it, inspect the O‑ring, and replace with a new MSPA union O‑ring. Lubricate lightly with silicone grease before reassembly.
• Replace cracked parts: Any cracked adapters or manifolds must be replaced with MSPA‑compatible plumbing fittings.
