Possible Causes
Tripped GFCI/RCD on MSPA power plug, Blown internal fuse on control PCB, Faulty power cord or plug, Open primary circuit in SMPS on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not bypass safety devices. Always unplug before opening any covers.
- Check outlet: Verify the wall outlet has power by plugging in another device.
- Reset GFCI/RCD: Press the RESET button on the MSPA plug. If it will not reset or trips immediately, inspect for moisture or wiring faults.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. Replace the MSPA power cord set if damaged.
- Check internal fuse: Open the motor/control unit and locate the main fuse on the PCB. If blown, replace with the exact same rating. If it blows again immediately, there is a short in the heater, pump, or PCB that needs professional diagnosis.
