Possible Causes

Water level below minimum sensor, Faulty water level / flow switch, Air trapped in suction line, Loose hose connection allowing air intake

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the spa before adjusting water level or hoses.

  • Top up water: Fill the spa until the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks or at least 2–3 cm above the highest suction fitting.
  • Bleed air: With power off, gently squeeze the hoses to help release trapped air. Slightly loosen the filter housing cap to let air escape, then retighten.
  • Check hose connections: Ensure all NetSpa hoses are firmly attached and O-rings are in place so the pump does not suck air.
  • Restart: Plug the spa back in and start filtration. Observe whether E05 clears.

If E05 persists with correct water level and good flow, the internal water level/flow switch inside the NetSpa motor unit may be faulty and require replacement.
