Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before handling the control panel or motor unit.
- Dry the panel: If the top control panel is wet, gently dry it with a soft cloth. Do not use heat guns or hair dryers directly on the panel.
- Power reset: Unplug the spa for 10 minutes to reset the electronics, then reconnect and test the buttons.
- Inspect cable (if accessible): On some NetSpa models, the keypad connects to the motor unit via a ribbon cable. Check that the cable is fully seated and not damaged.
If E06 remains and buttons are unresponsive, the keypad membrane or the main control PCB is likely defective. Replacing the NetSpa top control panel assembly is usually required and is best done by a service technician.
