Possible Causes

Moisture inside motor/heater housing, Damaged heater element insulation, Water leak onto electrical components, Faulty RCD/GFCI plug or cord

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Critical safety warning: E07 indicates a potential electrical leakage. Do not attempt to use the spa until the fault is resolved. Disconnect power immediately.

  • Inspect for visible leaks: Check around the NetSpa motor/heater unit and hose connections for water drips or pooling. Tighten hose clamps and replace damaged gaskets as needed.
  • Dry the exterior: Wipe any visible moisture from the outside of the motor unit. Do not open the sealed electrical compartment unless you are qualified.
  • Test the outlet and RCD/GFCI: Plug another device into the outlet to confirm it works. Test and reset the RCD/GFCI plug according to the instructions.

If E07 persists, an internal electrical fault (heater element, wiring, or control board) is likely. Do not bypass safety devices. Contact a qualified spa technician or NetSpa service for inspection and replacement of the faulty component.
