Possible Causes
Undersized extension cord, Shared circuit with high-load appliances, Loose plug or outlet contacts, Internal power supply failure on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Always unplug the spa before inspecting the power cord or outlet.
- Use a dedicated outlet: Plug the NetSpa directly into a properly grounded outlet with the correct voltage and amperage. Avoid extension cords and power strips.
- Check outlet condition: Inspect the outlet for signs of heat damage or looseness. Have an electrician replace a worn outlet.
- Test another outlet: If possible, plug the spa into a different circuit to see if E15 disappears.
If E15 continues on a known-good circuit, the internal power supply section of the NetSpa control PCB may be failing and should be replaced by a technician.
