Possible Causes
Loose hose clamp, Cracked NetSpa hose, Worn or displaced O-ring at hose connector, Damaged motor unit water fitting
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the spa before working on any water connections.
- Locate the leak: Dry the area and then observe where water reappears. Check each hose connection to the motor unit and spa wall.
- Tighten clamps: Gently tighten hose clamps with a screwdriver. Do not overtighten plastic fittings.
- Inspect O-rings: Disconnect the leaking hose, inspect the O-ring for cracks or flattening, and replace with a NetSpa-compatible O-ring if damaged. Lubricate lightly with silicone grease before reassembly.
- Check hoses: Replace any cracked or kinked NetSpa hoses.
If the leak originates from a molded fitting on the motor unit itself, the housing may be cracked and the motor/heater unit may need replacement.
