Possible Causes

Tripped household breaker, Tripped RCD/GFCI on power cord, Faulty power cord, Internal fuse blown on control PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Do not reset breakers repeatedly without finding the cause.

  • Check household breaker: Locate the circuit breaker feeding the spa outlet and reset it if tripped. If it trips again immediately, stop and call an electrician.
  • Test RCD/GFCI plug: Press the RESET button on the NetSpa RCD/GFCI plug. Then press TEST to confirm it trips, and RESET again.
  • Try another device: Plug a lamp or other small appliance into the same outlet to verify power.
  • Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, crushed sections, or burn marks on the NetSpa power cord. Do not use the spa if damage is found.

If the outlet and cord are good but the spa remains dead, an internal fuse or the control PCB has likely failed and the motor/control unit should be serviced or replaced.
