Possible Causes

Pump running against restriction, Air mixed with water causing surging, Loose motor unit mounting, Kinked or partially blocked hose

Safety first: Unplug the spa before adjusting hoses or motor position.

Check hoses: Straighten any kinks and ensure hoses are not pinched.
Bleed air: Remove trapped air from the system by loosening a high point connection until water flows steadily.
Stabilize motor unit: Place the NetSpa motor unit on a firm, level surface and use vibration-damping pads if necessary.

If vibration persists, the pump impeller may be damaged or unbalanced and the pump assembly should be inspected or replaced.
