Possible Causes

Puncture from sharp object under spa, Damaged seam from overinflation, Aging or UV-degraded PVC liner, Pet claws or furniture contact

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power and drain the spa below the leak level before repair.

  • Locate the puncture: Inflate the spa and spray soapy water on suspected areas. Bubbles will form where air escapes. For water leaks, inspect the interior surface for small tears.
  • Clean and dry: Thoroughly clean and dry the area around the leak.
  • Apply repair patch: Use a NetSpa-compatible PVC repair kit. Cut a rounded patch larger than the hole, apply adhesive per instructions, and press firmly. Allow full curing time before refilling.
  • Check inflation pressure: Do not overinflate the spa; follow NetSpa's recommended pressure to avoid seam damage.

Large seam failures or extensive cracking may not be reliably repairable and can require replacement of the spa body.
