Display shows dy or DRY Y; heater disabled due to repeated dry conditions.

Safety first: Shut off power at the GFCI breaker before working on plumbing or pumps.

• Step 1 – Correct all dr causes: Follow the same steps as for dr: verify water level, clean filter, open slice valves, and bleed air from pump and heater unions.
• Step 2 – Inspect suction fittings: Check that suction covers inside the spa are not blocked by debris or objects.
• Step 3 – Check pump impeller: With power off and pump unions removed, inspect the impeller for debris or breakage. Ensure it spins freely.
• Step 4 – Restore flow: Reassemble unions, ensure no kinks in hoses, and verify strong flow when the pump runs.
• Step 5 – Reset system: Turn power off for 10–15 minutes to allow the control pack to reset the dy lockout. Restore power and monitor operation.
• Step 6 – Replace failed components: If dy returns and flow is weak or absent, replace the circulation pump or main pump as needed.
