Possible Causes

Failed LED driver on control board, Burned-out LED light assembly, Loose light harness connection, Incorrect light mode setting

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before accessing light wiring or the control pack.

  • Step 1 – Check light button and modes: Press the LIGHT button repeatedly to cycle through modes. Ensure brightness is not set to minimum on models with dimming.
  • Step 2 – Inspect light lens: Look at the main light lens inside the spa. If water is inside the lens, the light assembly may have failed.
  • Step 3 – Check connections: In the equipment bay, locate the light harness connection on the control board. Ensure it is fully seated and the cable is intact.
  • Step 4 – Test LED assembly: If possible, test the LED light assembly with a compatible low-voltage source to confirm if it illuminates.
  • Step 5 – Replace faulty part: Replace the LED light assembly if it is burned out or waterlogged. If the light is good but never receives power, the LED driver on the control board may be defective.
