Possible Causes
Blown low-voltage fuse on control board, Disconnected topside cable, Failed topside control panel, Control pack power supply failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before opening the equipment bay or control box.
- Step 1 – Confirm power to spa: Verify the GFCI breaker is on and not tripped. Check for pump operation or indicator lights inside the equipment bay.
- Step 2 – Inspect topside cable: With power off, locate the topside control cable where it plugs into the Nordic control board. Ensure it is fully seated and not damaged.
- Step 3 – Check fuses: Look for low-voltage fuses on the control board. Test and replace any blown fuses with identical ratings.
- Step 4 – Test panel: If possible, temporarily connect a known-good Nordic-compatible topside panel to see if it powers up.
- Step 5 – Replace faulty component: Replace the topside control panel if it is dead but the board has proper low-voltage output. If no low-voltage power is present, the control pack may need replacement.
