• Check for air and debris: Bleed air from the circulation pump unions and inspect the suction area for debris that could be entering the pump.
• Listen closely: A high-pitched whine or grinding usually indicates bearing failure; a rattling noise may indicate debris in the impeller.
• Replace pump if worn: Circulation pumps are typically not serviceable at the bearing level. Replace the entire circulation pump with a Passion Spas-compatible unit if noise persists.
