Possible Causes
Unstable mains supply, Loose connections at terminal block, Undersized wiring, Faulty GFCI breaker
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the main breaker before tightening any electrical connections. Only qualified persons should work inside the electrical compartment.
- Inspect supply wiring: Verify that the supply cable size and breaker rating match Passion Spas installation requirements. Look for discoloration or heat damage at the terminal block.
- Tighten terminals: With power OFF, check that all line and neutral screws at the control pack terminal block are tight.
- Test GFCI breaker: Use the TEST and RESET buttons on the GFCI. If it trips frequently without moisture issues, it may be faulty and require replacement.
Persistent PF errors require an electrician or spa technician to evaluate the electrical installation.
