Possible Causes
Normal startup after power-up, Air in plumbing after refill, User not exiting priming mode
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure all jets are open and water level is correct before running pumps.
- Allow priming cycle: After restoring power, the spa enters priming mode to purge air. Follow the display prompts and press the appropriate button (often TEMP UP or JETS) to exit priming once water is flowing from all jets.
- Bleed air if needed: If some pumps do not prime, turn power OFF and loosen pump unions slightly to release trapped air, then retighten and retry.
- Check for closed valves: Ensure slice valves around each pump are fully open.
PRR is usually not a fault; it indicates the spa is waiting for you to complete priming.
