Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not work on live electrical circuits. Turn off power at the main panel before opening any electrical enclosures. If you are not comfortable with electrical work, contact a qualified electrician or spa technician.
- Check GFCI breaker: Locate the spa’s dedicated GFCI breaker. If it is tripped, reset it once. If it trips again immediately, do not force it; there may be a fault.
- Verify supply voltage: Use a multimeter (qualified person only) to confirm correct voltage at the spa disconnect and at the control pack terminal block.
- Inspect main fuse: With power OFF, open the control pack and locate the main fuse(s). Test with a multimeter and replace with the same type and rating if blown.
- Check internal connections: Ensure all plug-in connectors from the topside panel and pumps are firmly seated on the control board.
If the spa remains dead after fuse replacement and wiring checks, the control pack may be defective and should be replaced with a Passion Spas-compatible unit.
