Possible Causes
Deteriorated jet gasket, Cracked jet body, Loose jet retaining nut, Freeze damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jets before attempting repairs.
- Confirm leak location: Dry the area around the suspected jet and observe for water seepage from the jet perimeter.
- Access rear of jet: Remove the side panel closest to the leaking jet to access the back of the shell.
- Tighten retaining nut: Gently tighten the jet body retaining nut from the back side. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the shell or jet body.
- Replace gasket or jet body: If tightening does not stop the leak, remove the jet body, clean the shell surface, and install a new gasket or complete jet body assembly compatible with Passion Spas.
Multiple jet leaks may indicate freeze damage and warrant a full inspection by a technician.
