How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power if you smell burning or see melted components.
- Improve ventilation: Ensure that the RivieraPool spa cabinet vents are not blocked by decking, walls, or stored items. Provide at least the clearance recommended in the installation manual.
- Open access panel temporarily: With power OFF, open the equipment access panel to allow heat to escape. After cooling, restore power and monitor.
- Check for stuck pumps: Verify that pumps are not running continuously due to a stuck relay or misconfiguration.
- Inspect ambient sensor: Some RivieraPool models use an ambient sensor near the control pack. Ensure it is not resting directly on a hot component. Replace if it appears damaged.
