Display shows LOC or a lock icon; buttons do not respond.

Safety: No electrical work is required for this procedure.

• Unlock sequence: Most RivieraPool panels unlock by pressing and holding a specific button combination (e.g., Temp Up + Temp Down) for 3–5 seconds. Refer to your user manual for the exact sequence.
• Dry the panel: If buttons are unresponsive, wipe the control panel dry and ensure no standing water is present.
• Power-cycle: Turn power off for 30 seconds and back on. If LOC remains and cannot be cleared, the keypad membrane may be damaged.
• Replace keypad: Install a new RivieraPool topside control panel if buttons are stuck or non-functional.
