Possible Causes
Deteriorated jet gasket, Cracked jet body, Loose jet retaining nut, Freeze damage to jet housing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jet before repair.
- Identify leaking jets: Look for moisture or drips around specific RivieraPool jet faces or on the underside of the shell (if accessible).
- Remove jet internals: Twist and pull out the jet insert to access the body behind it.
- Tighten retaining nut: From the back side (equipment bay or side access), gently tighten the jet body retaining nut if accessible.
- Replace gasket or body: If the gasket is brittle or the body is cracked, remove the old jet body and install a new RivieraPool jet body with a fresh gasket and proper sealant as recommended.
- Refill and test: Refill the spa above the jets and check for leaks before closing panels.
