Control panel lights up but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the spa before handling the control panel.

• Dry the surface: Wipe the keypad area dry and allow it to air dry for several hours if it has been splashed.
• Clean gently: Use a soft, damp cloth (water only) to remove any residue. Do not use solvents or alcohol.
• Check for physical damage: Look for cracks, bubbles, or delamination of the keypad overlay.
• Reconnect cable: If accessible, unplug and re-seat the keypad ribbon cable at the pump/heater unit.
• Replace keypad: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the SaluSpa topside control panel assembly.

Warning: Do not puncture or peel back the keypad overlay; this compromises the waterproof seal.
