Possible Causes

Blocked air outlet ring, Kinked or obstructed air hose inside pump/heater unit, Overheated blower motor from extended use, Failing blower motor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the spa before inspecting the air outlet or moving the unit. Allow the blower to cool for at least 30 minutes.

  • Allow cooling: If the bubbles were used continuously for 20–30 minutes, the blower may have overheated. Let the unit cool fully, then try again.
  • Inspect air ring: Check the air jet ring around the bottom of the spa for kinks, folds, or blockages. Straighten the liner and ensure all jets are open.
  • Check for water in air line: Excess water in the air line can strain the blower. Gently press down on the spa wall to push water away from the air ring and run the blower briefly to clear moisture (if it will start).
  • Ventilation: Ensure the pump/heater unit has good airflow around it and is not covered or enclosed.
  • Persistent E07: If the blower trips immediately after a cold start, the blower motor or its thermal protector may be defective and the pump/heater assembly may need replacement.

Warning: Do not block the air outlet or sit directly on the air outlet inside the spa while the blower is running; this can cause overheating.
