How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the spa before handling the control panel. Do not pry open sealed panels with metal tools.

Dry the panel: If the control panel surface is wet, dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth. Allow it to air dry for several hours.
Check for stuck buttons: Gently press each button several times to ensure it moves freely and is not jammed by dirt or debris.
Inspect cable connection: If accessible, verify that the control panel ribbon cable is firmly connected to the pump/heater unit and not twisted or pinched.
Power reset: After drying and checking connections, plug the spa back in and test each function.
Persistent E11: If random inputs occur or buttons do not respond, the keypad membrane or control panel PCB is likely damaged and the control panel assembly should be replaced.

Warning: Do not use solvents or harsh cleaners on the control panel; they can damage the membrane and seals.

E11 error code appears; spa may not respond to button presses or may behave erratically.
