How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not use the spa if the power cord or plug is damaged. Water and electricity can be fatal.
- Check GFCI: Press the RESET button on the GFCI plug. Then press TEST and RESET again to confirm it trips and resets correctly.
- Verify outlet: Plug a lamp or other small appliance into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
- Inspect cord: Look for cuts, crushed sections, or melted areas on the SaluSpa power cord. If damaged, the cord set must be replaced.
- Check breaker: Inspect your home’s breaker panel for a tripped breaker and reset if necessary.
- Persistent no power: If the outlet and GFCI are good but the spa remains dead, an internal fuse or PCB failure is likely. The pump/heater unit may need professional service or replacement.
